Abby and Randy met while working at the same ad agency in Dallas. After the two had been dating for quite some time, Randy decided to propose. He picked the perfect place to propose, in Greenwich, London at The Queen’s House near the Royal Observatory which was “on the most beautiful day ever!” as Abby had described.
Looking for a romantic and cozy wedding feel, Abby and Randy chose marsala, blush, gold, and cream to accompany Ma Maison’s French wine country atmosphere.

On the day of the wedding, Abby’s six bridesmaids assisted her in getting ready to marry the love of her life at The Grove ceremony site, which was overflowing with florals and fabric.
Randy and his six handsome groomsmen walked down the aisle and began the wedding ceremony. Once the bride and groom were married, cocktail hour proceeded on the Trellis. A traditional sparkler exit followed dinner and dancing.

After Christmas, the two newlyweds left for a 21-day honeymoon in Australia and New Zealand.
One of the most important aspects of the wedding to Abby and Randy was, “that everyone feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and to truly feel like we are having a moment together as a group creating memories.”
Abby offered some special advice for engaged couples who are just starting the planning process, “This is easier said than done but to really enjoy the experience of planning because just like the wedding day, you’ll never have these moments again so as much as they can seem like an obligation to get through, to get to the party, they are also an opportunity to make memories and enjoy this special time together.”
