Using greens offers an organic, free-flowing look rather than providing structured centerpieces for the reception. Avoid having a florist create complicated, full flowered centerpieces to decrease high labor costs.

A florist can construct blossoming arrangements with fuller blooms like peonies and hydrangeas to fill a larger space on a table. The bouquets may be pricier than greenery, but brides will spend less by purchasing fewer flowers than they would if they chose daintier flowers for their centerpieces. Alternating nonfloral elements like candles, books, and lanterns on the tables will vary the assortments.
